What is the ECO scheme?
The Government-backed Energy Companies Obligations (ECO) scheme places an obligation on the largest energy suppliers – including npower, E.ON and British Gas, SSE, EDF and Scottish Power – to help make British households more energy efficient and help reduce their energy bills. By offering free grants towards new energy efficient boilers to eligible households helps reduce the cost of heating the home and contributes towards the overall drive to reduce carbon emissions. How is the boiler grant free?

Will the boiler come with a warranty?
If you receive a new boiler through a boiler grant, your installation will be covered by the same warranty you would receive from that boiler manufacturer.
